🛍️BEFORE CLAIMING please read below, if you’re new to our shows please send through your postal address and email address BEFORE claiming! Payments are due after the live so please don’t claim if you can not pay today.
🔊 PLEASE TALLY YOUR CLAIMS AS YOU GO, you are responsible for keeping a track of your basket during the live so please screenshot or write down what you’re claiming as you go. We are unable to stop the show to add up your items, any comments asking to tally the items up during the show are unable to be answered, please don’t be offended if we don’t get back to your comment during the show about this. This kills the flow of the show for the hosts and fellow customers. We appreciate your understanding as it is quite complex behind the scenes running a live show.
📦 postage is calculated when you close your basket. You can leave your basket open for a few lives (Tuesdays, Thursdays & Sundays are our live shows) OUR ONLY POSTAGE DAY IS MONDAY! Please note, if you are an international buyer postage can get expensive so please ask any questions before claiming if you are not sure.

🧾 Invoices are sent after the live has finished, please allow some time for it to come through as we have a lot of invoices to get through.
🔊To claim please type claim in the comments section, the first person to appear on the hosts screen will be the person to get the item. If you are the first person to ask about a particular item you will be the first in line to claim that specific item, if you pass on the item it will go to the next in line comment. Please note we do our absolute best to make it fair for everyone so please be understanding if you don’t get an item you wanted, we have plenty of crystals so you won’t miss out! These are sale items, sold as is, all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges available.
⛔️ We don’t allow put backs because it slows down the flow of the show and can be confusing to everyone of what has and hasn’t been claimed. If you claim it it’s yours, please make sure you are committed to that piece. We do make exceptions here and there but please don’t make it a habit. Please be mindful that when you are claiming items you are stopping others from purchasing those items, abandoning your cart or having us take items out makes it unfair to those that may have wanted your items but missed out.
🚨 Please keep a record of what you claim during the show as we won’t be able to tally up what you have in your basket, this slows down the show for others shoppers.
🚫Failure to pay your invoice or communicate with us will result in a block from your ability to participate in future lives, auctions or bidding wars.
